Overview Supports marketing department design and production needs for marketing materials, collateral, ads, fliers, direct mail pieces, catalogs, media advertising. Works directly with Director of Marketing, who will provide direct supervision and guidance in daily production priorities. When needed, will work directly with sales and marketing management to produce creative concepts and carry out design projects from start to completion.ResponsibilitiesCreative Design:Develop high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, presentations, social media, email campaigns, technical documentation, reports, datasheets, presentation templates, and website assets.Develop and maintain layout, quality control, and ensure adherence to brand standards.Connect design concepts with storytelling to help marketing deliver effective messages in presentations, invitations, social media, signage and advertisements.Create infographics and assist with other visualsAssist with photography and video production as well as edit/enhance photos. (Video editing is a plus)Brand Consistency:Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines and maintains a professional, cohesive look.Collaboration:Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand intent, develop concepts, and execute deliverables in print and digital media.File Management/Processes:Organize and maintain design files, templates, and digital assets for easy access and future use.Develop and implement systems, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency and high-quality deliverables, including templates and layouts.Manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines with marketing leadership and stakeholders.Help support and maintain public website (light web development is a plus)Attention to detail is a must.Excellent written and oral communications skillsQualifications A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent is required.Experience:A minimum of five years of professional experience in business-to-business advertising or marketing-related field with demonstrated skills in both design creativity and asset layout.Mastery of the following software programs:QuarkXpressAdobe Photoshop and IllustratorMicrosoft PowerPointAdobe Acrobat and PDF workflowBasic HTML, Flash and DreamWeaver knowledge is a plus.Collaborative attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Must be equally comfortable with providing production only and providing creative input when needed.
