Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 (Based on experience)

Position Overview

A prominent, full-service commercial law firm with a strong presence in the Tri-State area is seeking a Graphic and Content Specialist to join their Newark-based marketing team. This role is instrumental in developing impactful, strategic, and on-message marketing solutions that support the firm’s business development efforts across its global client base.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, you will serve as a creative hub for the firm, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visual communication across all digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities""

Graphic Design: Design and execute firmwide projects including advertisements, social media graphics, professional announcements, marketing brochures, client alerts, and event invitations.Digital Communication: Utilize software tools (such as Concep) to create and distribute digital communications and firm updates.Brand Stewardship: Implement and maintain brand standards across all channels, ensuring strict adherence to the firm’s style guide.Multimedia & Web: Oversee professional photography for the website and bios (including headshots and retouching); maintain and update firm blogs and website content.Marketing Operations: Post social media content, assemble marketing packages, update attorney biographies, and format internal news reports.Administrative Collaboration: Support other administrative departments as needed, including processing charitable contribution paperwork and maintaining archives of firm advertisements for compliance.Attorney Support: Create sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and design case charts/schematics for legal proceedings.Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related discipline.At least 3 years of related experience within a law firm environment is required.Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).Superior aptitude for detail, accuracy, and professional diplomacy.trong work ethic with the ability to remain proactive and solve problems under pressure; ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.Salary & Benefits
