Design visually compelling graphics for web and email campaigns that align with brand goals and marketing strategies.Collaborate with developers and clients to design and launch high-performing, conversion-focused landing pages and websites.Create responsive and effective email campaigns and automation flows that deliver seamless experiences across all devices.Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established design systems and guidelines across all digital platforms.Analyze campaign and website performance data to refine and enhance future creative outputs.Stay current with evolving visual design & email marketing trends to keep our creative work fresh and engaging.Utilize software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite & Figma to produce designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.Conduct user experience (UX) research to inform design decisions.Utilize and incorporate AI-assisted design and workflow tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and scalability in the design process.Qualifications Highly skilled in design software: Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.Experience with web design principles and familiarity with UX/UI best practices.Knowledge of analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of design solutions.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with clients.The ability to meet deadlines and manage your workload effectively with minimal oversight.A clean background check is required for this position.Bonus Skills We are looking to bring someone on for a 90 day trial period as a W2 employee on a full time basis.
