Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will provide administrative, planning and creative support to the Marketing team. Under general supervision, they will manage administrative tasks, assist in planning outreach events and seminars, assist in Social Media engagement, and work with the marketing team on production and distribution of marketing collateral. Must be able to type 45 WPM and be comfortable in all MS Office programs and marketing material creation programs like Adobe, Canva or similar products. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 75% of daily shift.Must be able to lift boxes or marketing displays up to 30lb to a height of 3-4 feet and load in to trucks.Must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, marketing materials, etc.Must frequently communicate with employees or vendors regarding speaking engagements or marketing events. Must be able to work in constant state of alertness as to perform the job in a safe manner.
