Graphic and Web Designer

Our Organization is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Website Designer to support the development and execution of high-quality visual assets across our digital platforms. This role will be responsible for designing engaging marketing materials, enhancing our web presence, and ensuring a consistent and professional brand experience across all touchpoints.The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both graphic design and web design, with the ability to translate complex SaaS and healthcare workflows into clean, intuitive, and visually compelling designs.Key Responsibilities- Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets including marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and social media graphics- Design, build, and maintain responsive web pages, landing pages, and UI components aligned with PracticeSuite’s brand guidelines- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and development teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions- Maintain and evolve consistent brand identity across all digital and offline materials- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design concepts for new initiatives and product marketing campaigns- Optimize website and landing page designs for usability, responsiveness, and conversion performance- Support ongoing updates and improvements to the company website and digital assets- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to SaaS and healthcare technologyRequired Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or similar role- Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and web design work- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesPreferred Qualifications- Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or practice management software environments- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or front-end frameworks- Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to web design and landing page optimizationWhat We Offer- Opportunity to contribute to a growing healthcare technology company- Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment- Exposure to impactful projects supporting healthcare providers and patients- Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
