This role advances AI, creative technology, workflow,and technical execution. **requires 5 days on site Monitor trends across fashion, retail, technology, and design to identify meaningful creative opportunitiesTranslate trends into relevant, original, and commercially viable graphic concepts while encouraging thoughtful experimentation with new aesthetics, techniques, materials, and AI-enabled toolsIdentify and test AI, digital design, automation, and emerging technologies that can enhance creativity, efficiency, and productivityDevelop practical tools, workflows, and guidelines that enable successful technologies to be adopted and scaled across the Art organizationOptimize the artwork lifecycle by improving workflows, eliminating inefficiencies, and establishing scalable standards and best practicesPartner with Technology to strengthen systems, automation, asset management, and workflow visibility while maintaining creative flexibilityEnsure artwork is technically accurate, production-ready, and aligned with manufacturing capabilities and standardsExplore new production techniques and collaborate with Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing, vendors, and Global teams to balance creative vision with execution.Connect creative, operational, technological, production, and commercial priorities across Art and partner functions.Identify opportunities, risks, and capability gaps; develop recommendations and business cases; and communicate priorities and progress to leadership.
