Graphic Design Specialist - Greenville, SC(Hybrid) Company: Job Overview The Hubbell Enterprise Marketing (HEM) Specialist, Graphic Design is responsible for creating and elevating brand awareness of Hubbell and its portfolio of brands through creative, on-brand graphic design. Use best-in-class design tools, techniques, and technologies to produce innovative graphic design and artwork for use in presentations, publications, promotional materials, websites, social media, and other mediums as assigned Confer with internal customers to discuss project requirements, objectives, presentation concepts and then coordinate creative activities Provide input and collaboration on design concepts, brand standards and creative strategies Understand and utilize stakeholder or creative leadership feedback to improve designs Create custom designs, conforming to creative standards, brand guidelines and project specifications Ensure high quality and on time completion of all work projects Serve as a designer on projects with an ability to execute successfully with support from team leads or sr. designers on team projects Work with team leads to understand and execute on the creative strategy for projects Learn to articulate design decisions and present work to creative leads or stakeholders What will help you thrive in this role?
