You'll create original artwork and graphics for apparel, hardgoods, packaging, retail displays, e-commerce visuals, and other marketing materials. You'll work closely with the product development team to ensure cohesive design across categories, efficiently incorporating current trend within the brand aesthetic. Create original designs, including logos and compositional graphics for apparel and other products. Research current trends consistent with existing brand aesthetic to be incorporated into original artwork for the fan experience. 4+ years' graphic design experience required, preferably in fashion or lifestyle apparel2+ years' designing apparel and soft goods, with practical knowledge of screen-printing and other decoration techniquesExperience in retail product design and manufacturing requiredPDF and/or online portfolio is required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strong understanding of country music and entertainment lifestyle and the OEG brand aesthetic is a plus Proven success working with cross-functional teams and adapting projects to evolving expectations Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent workstreams while meeting critical deadlines Working knowledge of printing best practices across various product mediums, including awareness of related production and print limitations Proficient with Adobe products (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs Physical Requirements Speak and hear to communicate and use both near and far vision.
