The Graphic Designer follows creative guidelines to prepare and present artwork in a team atmosphere, and completes proposed changes and edits to produce finished artwork of high quality for print and digital reproduction. Create initial design approaches and finished layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. Confer with Creative Director and other employees to collaborate on creative design projects in the spirit of Team1BG. Utilize project management system to track, organize and share information with creative team. 1-2 years of graphic design experience preferred.
