GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Pro Knitwear is an apparel decorator (i.e. screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, etc.) located in the Brookline neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The basic function of the Graphic Artist is to support co-workers and provide customers with creative, quality artwork ready for production in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner with a mindset towards building relationships and exceeding client expectations. DUTIES: The Artist duties include but are not limited to the following: * Listens and understands client needs completely by asking questions to ensure clarity and advises proper production methods to achieve the customer's stated desires. * Conveys to client the importance of timely design approvals and how it can positively or negatively impact the due date.
