Graphic Artist

Description The Wright Center's Marketing and Communications team is looking for a dynamic, highly talented Graphic Artist that has proficiency using design and presentation software packages to include: Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Creative Suite products, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles, a wide variety of media and production methods, and familiarity with digital file formats (jpg, gif, eps, pdf) and the strengths and weaknesses of each. Will be assigned a wide range of routine to complex duties including development of: publications, brochures, rack cards, posters, banners, social media images, flyers, multimedia illustration, logo development, brand development, exhibits, and web design. • Meet The Wright Center for Community Health and its affiliated entity The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education EOS People Analyzer Tool • Buy in and experience working in the EOS model (strongly preferred) • Mission-oriented; represents the enterprise in a professional manner while demonstrating organizational pride • 2-5 years graphic design experience • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro • Excellent eye for detail • Solid knowledge of design and visual principles • Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the organization's needs in mind • Ability to communicate design choices clearly • Great multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure • Self-starter and strong independent worker not needing management, but a team player who likes working on projects with the team • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written • Knowledge of video production, layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web • Works well with others in a team environment
