Graphic Artist

Our staffing agency is seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Design & Production Assistant for one of our clients in Lowell, AR. This role supports marketing and production by preparing artwork, documenting assembly processes, and assisting with display and signage projects. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative design with hands-on production work. Job Duties • Prepare production-ready artwork using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Operate wide format printers and Kongsberg cutting table • Photograph and document product assembly steps, creating written and video instructions • Maintain and update internal process books, assembly guides, and retail setup documentation • Assist marketing with photos, content layout, and signage projects • Collaborate with management on internal/external design projects • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain good housekeeping Qualifications • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable photographing and documenting processes • Ability to learn production and display setup processes • Able to work independently and collaborate with teams
