We’re looking for a Graphic Artist with strong Adobe Illustrator skills and art separation experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the art and the science behind screen printing.
You’ll take customer ideas and transform them into clean, print-ready designs that translate flawlessly from screen to garment.
What You’ll Do:
Prep vector artwork using Adobe IllustratorPerform color separations for screen printing (spot color, simulated process, etc.)Clean up and adjust customer-provided artwork for productionEnsure files meet print specs (trapping, halftones, line weights, etc.)Collaborate with production team to ensure designs print accuratelyManage multiple jobs and deadlines without sacrificing qualityWhat We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in Adobe IllustratorProven experience with art separation for screen printingStrong understanding of print processes, inks, and garment behaviorAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsBonus Points If You Have:
Experience with Printavo or similar workflow systemsKnowledge of embroidery digitizing basicsPrevious work in a screen printing shop or apparel productionJob Type: Full-time
