Compensation And Benefits

Starting wage for the Graphic Artist position is based on experience.401k (employer match of $.50 for every dollar employee contributes up to 6% of their wages. This amounts to $750 - $900 annual company match for newly eligible employees).Experience with Adobe Illustrator is preferred.This is an on-site position and cannot be done remotely.Duties may include catalog design and layout, creating and/or modifying customer provided designs, sublimation design, layout, and production.Ripon Athletic will train candidates who show the desire to learn, have good attendance, and have the ability to work well with others.Employees evaluated for salary increases after first 60 days, 6 months, and first year.Life insurance ($5k face value).Paid holidays after 60 days.Paid vacation after first year.Financial planning resources.Profit sharing (15% of profits shared with Employees and based on attendance).Short- and long-term disability.Seasonal, voluntary overtime available.Assistance in education in job-related subjects.Full time positions are first shift only (production hours are 6:30am-3:00pm).Perfect attendance awards including cash and prizes.We support local charities through company participation in the Donald Driver Charity Softball Game, WFCA/Children’s Wisconsin football charity games and through employee-directed charity committee.Have a little fun while we work together with regular company events like Hawaiian day, Fall tailgate, Christmas potluck and other company events.
