The Company • Minimum of ten years’ experience with at least two to five years of experience with AEC or related firms is preferred. • Graphic Materials Library: • Maintain, update, and archive the graphics library (including headshots) and other reusable content to support the marketing team’s efficiency and brand consistency • Stay current with industry best practices for asset management, including Adobe Creative Cloud libraries and other storage tools • Collaboration and Communication: • Take initiative to drive projects forward and meet deadlines • Lead critical graphics discussions to enhance team collaboration and problem-solving • Collaborate with proposal team members to define and communicate graphic needs, timelines, and expectations • Partner with marketing, business development, and project teams to gather input, support continuous improvement, and create scalable solutions. • Maintain clear, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful submissions • BDD-Universal Roles/Responsibilities: • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and guidelines in all assignments • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the company’s brand, strategic plan, and goals • Make informed daily decisions that support both creative excellence and profitability • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners • Deliver high-quality work while consistently meeting deadlines • Additional Support: • Assist in maintaining the Modjeski and Masters website and social media platforms • Contribute to PR initiatives and communications efforts • Organize and maintain digital and physical files • Provide support for events and sponsorships, including attendance at and/or ordering, producing, and assembling materials for such events • Assist with the creation and distribution of internal and external newsletters using Constant Contact and the Modjeski and Masters intranet (SPAN) • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Preferred Skills • Content Creation: • Experience in graphic development, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction industries • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail, grammar, and brand/style adherence • Project Management and Organization: • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Strong organizational skills focusing on maintaining timelines and tracking project progress • Communication and Collaboration: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams • Proven ability to give and receive constructive feedback • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at various levels within the company • Technical Proficiency: • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing page layouts, presentation design, and data visualization (infographics) • Experience transforming substantial data and information into meaningful layouts and visual illustrations • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design software) to create visually appealing proposals and marketing materials • Adept with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint to efficiently collaborate, create documents, presentations, and manage data • Detail-Oriented and Analytical: • Maintains a high level of accuracy in preparing graphics and reviewing content for consistency and completeness.
