This would include scheduling any vendor provided services such as booth supplies, electrical, etc Work with sales and marketing to define show objectives and make sure all aspects of tradeshow support align with corporate and customer needs Works with customers in designing new labels, cartons and other materials Designs items within the parameters of our suppliers’ capabilities Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. Knowledge of pre-press preparation, print processes, and vendor coordination Strong understanding of regulatory artwork requirements (SDS alignment, hazard icons, product specs Excellent project management and organizational skills High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to partner effectively with multiple departments Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Creative problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred. 4–7 years of professional graphic design experience required 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or consumer product packaging strongly preferred. Must have visual acuity for detailed artwork review and color accuracy.
