We are a screen print and embroidery business that services the sports industry, colleges, leagues, and schools with team uniforms and apparel. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 6 and Saturdays 9-4 Overtime may be required based on workload and client/sales demands. This position will be likely to have overtime or weekend work during the peak of busy seasons in Spring and Fall. Job description: Create designs for customers Design and layout apparel mockups and communicate with customers on art approval Produce screen print separations and give clear instructions to production team Work closely with our printing and embroidery team Manage the art creation and customer approvals process Be able to consistently meet deadlines in a high pace environment Qualifications and requirements: Proficient working in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Experience with screen print separations a MUST. Experience in embroidery and digital transfers a plus.
