Core Responsibilities:
Work directly with Art/Creative Directors to execute graphics and product for Little Girls, Toddler Girls, Tween GirlsWork with licensing on product approval and rightsResearch market, trends, innovation, competition, and productEnsure projects are delivered on time and aligns with product development calendar. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skillsProvide direction for creative and collaborate on projectsAssist to prep/ revise production filesAssist design with sampling set up (pre-production files)Design and create engineered graphics from concepts to creationCollaborate on and help to create seasonal collections & trendsContribute to overall design intent and category direction for the seasonal rangesStay abreast of trends, new techniques, software’s, and resources in graphic designSolid understanding of product development processSupport department ideas and identifies opportunities for process improvement
