Graphic Artist II — Civic Communications & Design

City of Baltimore is seeking a Graphic Artist II to produce print collateral and digital media materials for public communications. You will contribute to social media graphics, website banners, and presentation decks while supporting the Communications team with timely updates and media inquiries. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or related field and at least one year of design experience. Flexibility for irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, is expected.
