NIL refers to the rights of student-athletes to control and profit from their name (N), image (I) and likeness (L). Through NIL policies, student-athletes may monetize their personal brand and endorsements while participating in sports. This position provides the flexibility to work on your school campus and work with Big NIL Inc remotely. In addition, they should be able to apply this knowledge to creating aesthetically pleasing and functional pieces. Our Apparel Graphic Designers work closely with a design team lead.
