Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with Creative and Production to build technically correct high-quality printer-ready files Hands on computer operator (MAC) working with relevant MAC Adobe design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Quark Express, Acrobat, MS Suite, Preflight, layout and design Show flexibility in executing mechanicals with a wide range of creative styles and brands, both client and agency focused Take direction and see a job through from concept to completion Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports Indirect Reports This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports Travel and/or Driving Requirements Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job Education Level: (Required) High School Diploma or GED orequivalent experience (Preferred) Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Field of Study/Area of Experience: Trade Degree 2-4 years of experience in similar industry Use of computer tools/design tools used to perform role Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills Ability to efficiently utilize computer tools (MAC) which programs include Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Quark Xpress, Acrobat and MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Entourage) Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadline Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Sedentary Requirements Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
