Graphic Artist (Part Time)

This is a part time, in person position in the Mt. Lebanon Public Information Office which publishes a print and online magazine and a variety of other digital and print content for the Municipality of Mt. Strong sense of how design/photography relate to editorial content Experience taking and editing photographs Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles Knowledge and experience with print, online and social media platforms Knowledge of web design using WordPress Ability to prepare and format digital files for press Expertise with Mac OS, Microsoft 360 and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Acrobat) Good verbal communication skills Ability to work in an open “newsroom” environment Ability to handle multiple projects under deadline pressure Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team under tight deadlines The above job description reflects the general information deemed necessary to convey the primary functions of the job and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements inherent to the position.
