• Collaborate and support other members of the creative team in the development of multi-channel campaign assets and content • Deliver production-ready files to internal partners and external vendors • Source photos across internal and external stock libraries that meet our photography standards and support the strategy of the creative request • Keep up to date with industry and competitor developments in the marketing space to ensure we stay current and differentiated • Work with legal and privacy teams to follow the latest regulatory and company guidelines in content creation Web Designer • Maintain and update corporate website(s), including managing and updating content management system, graphic templates, vendor management, and regular refreshes of content and images. • Advanced knowledge with web platforms/content management system(s) and design software that includes Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop). Knowledge & Skills • Ability to understand and translate Brand Guidelines across traditional and digital channels into compelling creative • Passion for emerging technology and digital trends, including user experience • An eye for sophisticated / modern, yet approachable design • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team • Detail-oriented, organized and able to proactively prioritize work • Experience with responsive design • Microsoft Office • Video Software (Wistia) This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
