Job Responsibilities • Responsible for the design, development, and creation of user-centered designs for Websites • Create and build email designs and coordinate the creation of email templates • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to design and develop landing pages • Provides design support to the Marketing and Software Engineering Teams • Continually improve and optimize user experience for Websites • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions • Perform retouching and manipulation of images • Performs other duties, as assigned Requirements • 4 years web design experience (HTML/HTML5, CSS and JavaScript) • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Graphic Design • Proficiency in programs such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Image Search, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier) • Experience with web design (UX/UI), wireframe creation • Ability to design for UI/UX Banner Ads, Marketing Emails, Social Media Content Creation • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills • Keep up to date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies • Must have an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence • A strong portfolio of examples of online marketing/websites • Experience in print/publication design
