Graphic Artist with a focus on Screen Printing / Production Artist

Job description This position is specifically for our garment decorating/ screen printing department. • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite with heavy focus on Adobe Illustrator • Background in Screen Printing and T-Shirt design • Knowledge of creating separations for screen printing and rip software a plus* • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is required • Proven graphic designing experience • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics • Strong conceptual layout skill specifically related to T-Shirt and garment printing • Understanding and knowledge of Bleeds, traps and overprints specifically related to screen printing. • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines • Ability to accept feedback/ criticism from clients as well as management • Ability to professional communicate via phone, email or in-person with clients, and sales reps • Exceptional eye for color and the pantone system • Strong typography background and familiarity with a wide variety of fonts • Willingness to share knowledge, be open-minded to learning, and be part of an ever-growing team • A POSITIVE ATTITUDE IS A MUST!
