Graphic Artist/Designer

Exponent is seeking a Remote Graphic Designer to aid the effort of visually telling the Exponent story by producing consistent, fresh and relevant creative assets for marketing. The primary responsibilities include: Elevating the brand by producing great work and utilizing design best practices across all print and digital marketing assets Acting as a champion for the brand, ensuring brand consistency across client pitches, event invitations, email campaigns, social media and more Owning end-to-end creative process from concept to production across all marketing media including website, presentations, collateral, digital and print advertising, email, photography, video and events of all sizes Proactively sourcing and managing resources and developing tools and processes to ensure the collective team is meeting deadlines and can manage ongoing workload Identifying and creating capacity as needed for new ideas and projects Managing to scale with the firm’s growing needs and maximize reuse Effectively collaborating across teams and practice areas to get the greatest leverage, quality, and output Effectively and efficiently managing the creative budget and resources Qualifications for this position include: Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative services or creative operations roles, preferably in the professional services industry A desire to work hands-on in producing creative for a variety of mediums including web, mobile apps, events, video, photography, print and email Highly self-motivated, hardworking problem-solver with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple (sometimes changing) projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Positive, collaborative nature with strong interpersonal skills and history of building and maintaining strong, positive cooperation with all stakeholders Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong knowledge of PowerPoint Strong HTML skills with ability to edit code Advanced understanding of the world of graphics, including image optimization, file size and type, and font use Ability to stay productive and accurate under pressure with tight deadlines
