What We Are Looking For • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university • Previous teaching experience, preferably in middle school or upper elementary grades • Knowledge of language arts curriculum standards and instructional strategies • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
