Donald Plumb Signs is looking for a skilled, detail oriented, and passionate Custom Sign Fabricator & Laborer to join our shop. You’ll work with a variety of tools, materials, and computer programs while collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality, long-lasting signage. Position Responsibilities: • Operate CNC router and run programming efficiently • Use CASper and CorelDraw software for layout, quoting, and file prep • Apply the Matthews Paint System to finish sign components • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately • Use measuring tools to cut and assemble sign materials (aluminum, acrylic, ACM, etc.) • Fabricate and install signs, including ground-level and multi-story installations • Perform construction labor, including digging post holes and drilling • Follow production plans, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines • Weld components as needed for structural support and sign assembly • Maintain clear communication with the manager and production team • Ensure quality control and troubleshoot issues with critical thinking and initiative Pay: From $21.00 per hour
