Job Duties Research latest + innovative graphic design trends to present to design team Create original graphic art designs for CAD and garments Work with screeners both local and overseas to develop and execute screens on garments/fabric Code & maintain organized library of all art, CADs Create & assemble catalogs & lookbooks for sales presentations Daily work in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Excel Create body sketches, fill with color, print to scale Create/update CADs and maintain library Assist in concept and research development for seasonal deliveries Follow up and coordinate all ongoing projects in order to meet stated deadlines Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested Minimum Requirements Strong graphic/CAD/art knowledge required Excellent Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop skills, Indesign & Excel Good eye for translating apparel, color & graphic trends and designs onto CAD’s Versatility in a fast paced environment; ability to adjust quickly and efficiently Must be highly organized and able to multi task Must be a team player, have ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and take initiative Strong time management skills Ability to prioritize workload in order to meet all objectives of design department in a timely manner Must be detail oriented and a self-starter Able to establish effective work relationships across multiple levels and departments
