The Graphic Communications & Brand Manager provides graphic design services to Milwaukee County's departments that do not have in-house graphic design resources. • Collaborate with departmental contacts, project managers, and internal communications team to provide graphic design and visual assets as needed. Build Capacity for Graphic Production and Brand Alignment • Ensure communication leads countywide are aware, understand, and can implement Milwaukee County's brand identity with fidelity. • Provide website support to departments and webmaster/digital program manager. Required Education, License/Certification and Experiences • Current residency within the State of Wisconsin upon application required • Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or closely related field required • Five (5) years or more of work experience in Branding, Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications required • Intermediate knowledge of all related computer and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams required • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required • Previous experience using font management software required • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to ten (10) lbs.
