What you'll be doing: Manages GCs' and PrePress Assistant's schedules and daily tasks.Manages all projects through Graphic DepartmentWorks with GCs to ensure files are separated correctly.Communicates to Customer and Customer Prepress Vendors.Attends all meetings that are Customer Facing.Manage and take action on all EGV Graphic related emails.Participate and Communicate graphic activity and Quality numbers at internal Sonoco Meetings.Graphic Commercialization and Quality Meetings (internal Sonoco and external SGS).Maintain and implement Sonoco Graphic Specs, Workflows and Procedures.Trains and Refreshes GCs and Admin as needed.Ensure Graphic/Plate Billing is captured and collected.Follow up on Vendor Quality/CARs.Follow up on Internal Quality/CARs and maintain department corrective actions.Field all Press, Quality Dept and Technical Rep requests for Graphics.Research/Troubleshoot, Seek Approval where needed and implement.Schedule and Run Virtual and Onsite Customer Press Approvals.Manage Global Vision expectation and KPIsStrong hands-on experience of Flexo process work (3-5 years)Color separation output ability as well as thorough knowledge of prepress.Color management experience.Macintosh OS / Windows atmosphereThorough knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Microsoft Office SoftwareOrganized and detail oriented.Objectively evaluates employee performance and trains/coaches to improve area performance.Ability to trouble shoot Prepress, Plate, and Press opportunities.This position is located at our Hickory, NC Facility and 100% onsite We'd love to hear from you if:Strong hands-on experience of Flexo process work (3-5 years)Color separation output ability as well as thorough knowledge of prepress.Color management experience.Macintosh OS / Windows atmosphereThorough knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Microsoft Office SoftwareOrganized and detail oriented.Objectively evaluates employee performance and trains/coaches to improve area performance.Ability to trouble shoot Prepress, Plate, and Press opportunities.Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is from $98,640 to $110,970, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
