Graphic Department Manager

Your role will involve managing the schedules and daily tasks of GCs and PrePress Assistants, overseeing all projects through the Graphic Department, and ensuring proper file separation with GCs. You will communicate with customers and customer prepress vendors, attend customer-facing meetings, and manage all EGV Graphic related emails. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and implementing Sonoco Graphic Specs, workflows, and procedures, training GCs and Admin as needed, ensuring graphic/plate billing is captured and collected, and following up on vendor and internal quality corrective actions. You will field requests from Press, Quality Department, and Technical Representatives for graphics, troubleshoot prepress, plate, and press opportunities, and manage global vision expectations and KPIs. • Color separation output ability as well as thorough knowledge of prepress.
