Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Web DesignExperience in Pre-press processes and ensuring design files meet technical specificationsStrong Project Management skills, including the ability to lead teams and manage multiple deadlinesExcellent leadership and team-building skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactionsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; relevant experience may also be consideredFamiliarity with exhibition and trade show design is a plusProficiency in design tools and software such as Adobe Creative SuiteDetail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
