Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Department Manager based in Las Vegas Valley, NV. The Graphic Department Manager will oversee daily operations of the graphics department, manage projects, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality graphic outputs. They will lead a team of designers, coordinate pre-press setups, and work collaboratively with clients to meet their design and branding needs. The individual will also create, review, and refine both graphic and web designs, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Web DesignExperience in Pre-press processes and ensuring design files meet technical specificationsStrong Project Management skills, including the ability to lead teams and manage multiple deadlinesExcellent leadership and team-building skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactionsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; relevant experience may also be consideredFamiliarity with exhibition and trade show design is a plusProficiency in design tools and software such as Adobe Creative SuiteDetail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
