ABOUT US: Founded by Thomas M. Barnhardt in 1899, Barnhardt Manufacturing opened its doors right at the start of the 20th century. In the beginning, our cotton batting found its way into cushioning for furniture, horse collars, and buggy seats. Our original bleachery was built in 1929. This allowed us, early on, to become one of the largest producers of purified cotton in the country. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Works closely with Team Leaders and Coordinators to meet project objectives in conceptualization and development of graphics and layouts Creates designs with strong artistic sensibilities that satisfy a diverse array of projects Versatile design abilities in branding, typography and packaging Pitches creative concepts to Team Leaders and Creative Coordinators Completes all design assignments according to the needs of the clients and the Hobby Lobby customer while meeting the technical requirements of department standards.
