This person will oversee all incoming design work, ensure accuracy across proposals and production files, and act as the go-to between sales, production, and clients. Responsibilities: • Lead and support the design team in daily workflow • Review all proofs, mockups, and production files for accuracy and feasibility • Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking staff and clients • Ensure all projects align with client expectations and signage standards • Collaborate with sales and project managers to maintain timelines and quality
