The Senior Graphic Designer Lead will be working closely with the Sr. Creative Manager and a tight-knit team of creative professionals including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, eccom and web developers, and a project manager. The Senior Graphic Designer Lead will be expected to lead the graphic design team in the development of compelling print and digital advertising campaigns, event marketing pieces, website updates, email marketing, package design, and promotion and merchandising pieces. This person must be proficient at communicating effective marketing concepts in a fast-paced collaborative environment and possess the innate ability to encourage and inspire other creative professionals.
