This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative without the need for hand-holding, and will proactively contribute smart, thoughtful ideas to the team.Responsibilities:· Create visually compelling digital and print designs that align with leading industry standards.· Design and produce marketing collateral including event booths, two-sided cards, poster boards, and other print materials.· Maintain a cutting-edge, sophisticated design aesthetic across all projects.· Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop creative concepts and execute strategic visual solutions.· Present new ideas and creative approaches, contributing to brainstorming sessions and project pitches.· Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all deliverables.· Manage multiple projects with strong time management and attention to detail.
