Graphic Design

Our sports apparel brand is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team for 6 months. This role supports a product creation team focused on basketball apparel, contributing to graphic design and production art execution across tees and cut and sew products. The designer will partner closely with cross functional teams to bring seasonal concepts to life, ensuring high quality, manufacturable graphics and attention to detail across finishes, trims, and color applications.

The Basics
Duration: 6 months
Hours per week: 40 hours expected
Location: Onsite in Beaverton, OR (work from home on Fridays)

Top 3 Required Qualifications

3 plus years of graphic design experience focused on apparelStrong production art experience including tees and cut and sew apparelExperience with screen printing, trims, and graphic application methods such as patches and heat transfersOther Qualifications
Experience with color design for apparel
Portfolio with 3 to 5 strong examples including visual work and process
Experience working with repeat patterns and all over prints
Familiarity with AI or 3D design tools
Interest or background in basketball or sports apparel
Experience collaborating with athletes or sport driven product teams

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute graphic designs for apparel across tees and cut and sew product linesPrepare production ready artwork, ensuring accuracy across color, scale, and placementCollaborate with design, development, and product teams to translate concepts into manufacturable graphicsApply knowledge of screen printing, trims, and embellishment techniques to design solutionsSupport seasonal product creation cycles with timely and organized deliverablesContribute to visual storytelling through innovative graphic applications and layoutsMaintain consistency with design standards while adapting to evolving project needsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
