Entry-Level Graphic Design Assistant | Boise, ID

Monday – Friday

Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $17.00 -$18.00/hr DOE

Do you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite or QuarkXPress Are you creative, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your skills in a production environment Atlas Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level Graphic Design Assistant for a sports marketing company in Boise, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Create and typeset advertisements based on customer and sales information.

2. Edit and modify ad copy according to customer requests.

3. Use QuarkXPress and Adobe Creative Suite to create layouts that meet company standards.

4. Prepare artwork for quality control before the printing process.

5. Prepare graphic files for offsite printing.

6. Coordinate with the Production Planning team to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

7. Perform administrative tasks that support graphics production and workflow.

Qualifications

1. 1–2 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite, QuarkXPress, or similar graphic design software.

2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

3. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

5. Self-motivated with the flexibility to assist in various tasks as needed.

6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
