We are seeking a creative and organized individual to join our team as a Design & Marketing Coordinator. About the Role • Oversee and execute online website presence, including best practices in SEO and analytics • Develop and implement effective email newsletter campaigns that drive revenue • Create engaging graphics for promotions, signage, and other promotional materials • Expand brand visuals through various channels • Manage multiple tasks and business goals simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high standards Requirements • 1-2 years of graphic design experience (Adobe Suite skills preferred) • At least one year of marketing experience and/or hospitality industry experience • Knowledge of photography principles and ability to take striking product imagery • Strong writing skills for captions and descriptions • Creative eye with analytical perspective • Ability to problem-solve and think critically • Punctuality for deadlines, meetings, and time commitments • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Inquisitive thinking for analytics and planning Work Environment • High standards and clear accountability • Seasonal variations in business levels and organizational needs • Flexible routines requiring creative and critical thinking • All hands on deck attitude, with full-time staff willing to assist each other This is a hybrid/in-person role based in Durham, NC, requiring occasional work from our offices.
