6 month ongoing contract in Buffalo, NY Must-Haves: • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience. • Experience designing and developing training programs using different delivery methods (instructor-led, eLearning, videos, etc.) • Proficient in eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or Synthesia. This person will work with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, apply instructional design theories and methods, and create learning materials and assessments. We are seeking a learning professional with experience in instructional design, which includes developing and/or redesigning instructor-led and web-based courses or curricula, and associated training materials/documents (guides, instructor books, assessments, etc.
