Graphic Design - Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Winning Most Innovative New Product in 2019 and 2022 in the sweets and snacks categories and climbing the fruit-based snack industry chart at an astounding growth rate, tru fru joined the Mars family of brands in February 2023. As the sole Graphic Designer at tru fru, you will be the creative force driving the look and feel of our brand across sales, sampling, and brand initiatives (not social media). You'll collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Sampling teams to design presentations, sales tools, event activations, merchandise, and more-delivering bold, high-impact visuals that leave lasting impressions. You will report directly to the VP of Brand Management and work as both a maker and a creative thought partner. 5-7 years of relevant design experience • BFA or BA in Graphic Design (or related field) • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Experience in ad design, brand design, or sales collateral (preferred)
