Capable of interpreting and converting business requirements into graphical representations.Develop, organize, and execute graphic design projects, delivering visually compelling solutions, while formulating innovative design strategies to attract and retain clients.Ensure timely delivery of compliant and compelling graphic designs, including proposal responses and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, and tradeshow material).Work in a collaborative environment with other designers, PDC team members, program managers, and technical resources to develop graphic content for bid/proposal related deliverables (illustrations, icons, maps, organization charts, process flows, transformation flows, architectures, proposal cover concepts, and presentations).Follow established processes at PDC and stay updated with new technologies to recommend improved methods for better outcomes.Support the proposal production process including printed proposal submissions as needed.Maintain creative archives, managing photo libraries, handling graphics, and uploading resources to shared repositories.
