Graphic Design and Brand Specialist

The Graphic Design and Brand Specialist will drive marketing efforts of the DSC and the DSC’s clients by creating and curating both written and visual assets. (individual duties, assignments, and responsibilities required of the position) • Develop brand standards with Director of Marketing and supervise all employee-created assets to ensure the standards are met. • Work with the Director of Marketing to write bid books, letters of support, quotes, and additional items as needed. The program will include the selection of a monthly champion, writing an in-depth story on the organization to promote the work it does, develop a branded email format where the monthly story can be distributed, work with the Marketing Specialist to develop social media and website content, create all graphics to promote the content, and work with the Community Champion directly to book a representative on the Mic Drop Dallas podcast. • Work with DSC freelancers • Attend DSC events to capture content for social media with photography and videography • Edit content across the organization, as needed, with strict adherence to our brand standards • Work with Marketing Specialist to create new content and researching content trends • Manage or assist with special projects (e.g. videos, new programs, holiday card, etc.)
