This creative, detail-oriented team player will design compelling visuals across print and digital platforms, manage the creation and fulfillment of branded merchandise, and write content to share via our website, newsletter, and other outlets. This hire is a key player in helping us to connect with our customers and fulfill the strategic marketing plan. Design & Brand Development (65%) • Create on-brand designs across a variety of media: packaging, print/digital ads, sales materials, event collateral, social media graphics, web assets, and more • Implement and share these designs via correct channels: add to website or share with internal customers • Conceptualize and execute label and packaging designs in collaboration with the Marketing Director • Design and/or prepare packaging files for print and manage TTB and state approval submissions for packaging, labels, and keg collar approvals, following tight guidelines • Design sales support materials as requested by the Marketing Director • Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and maintaining a high standard of design What You Bring to the Table • Prepress experience that can translate to label and package design • Alignment with the company’s core values and growth goals • Business-minded with an understanding that the work we do is meant to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer loyalty • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva • A strong commitment to brand adherence and high design standards that elevate the brand • A can-do attitude!
