Description Reporting to: Creative Director The Labeling & Graphics Coordinator supports a fast-paced design team and is responsible for managing packaging and labeling projects from launch through print. Position Responsibilities • Serve as liaison between the Graphics Department, internal teams, and external vendors regarding project status, assets, deadlines, and technical specifications • Manage packaging and labeling projects from launch through print production • Proofread and ensure accuracy of all marketing and labeling content, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, consistency, die lines, color, layout, design, and print quality • Ensure accuracy of UPC barcodes and item numbers • Participate in packaging and labeling development, including light graphic design support • Route print proofs and ensure timely approvals • Support label revisions during product launches • Review packaging layouts from Private Label designers via online portals and communicate required revisions • Maintain, organize, and archive project files in accordance with internal retention standards • Participate in mock presentations by gathering samples and preparing materials • Identify and escalate potential quality concerns related to packaging materials or methods • Photograph and document individual packaging steps as needed • Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing and literature materials meet brand and print standards • Monitor cross-functional projects to ensure timelines and approvals are met • Ensure all company brand, compliance, regulatory, and quality standards are upheld • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality • Comply with applicable safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental regulations • Perform other duties as assigned Position Requirements • Education & Experience • High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus four (4) years of product labeling and/or graphic design experienceOR • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design, or Marketing • Technical Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Experience working in a macOS (Apple) environment • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar • Preferred Qualifications • Print production experience is a plus, including knowledge of pre-press, die lines, color management, typography, and print specifications • Consumer products industry experience is a plus • Packaging design experience in the food or cosmetics industry • Knowledge of FDA labeling regulations • Core Competencies • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
