This role collaborates with the Senior Director and S&M team to produce visual content, implement digital campaigns, and support initiatives that generate awareness and new leads in alignment with MLC’s mission and goals. Collaboration: Strategic Content & Engagement Director, Sales & Marketing Team (S&M) Examples include, but are not limited to, events, social media, digital ads, partnerships, email marketing, SEO, and content downloads • Partner with the Senior Director and the S&M team to implement lead-generation initiatives aligned with MLC’s strategic priorities and products • Support the day-to-day management of MLC’s social media channels, including post creation, comment monitoring, and engagement tasks under the direction of the Senior Director Digital Campaign Management • Execute paid and organic digital marketing strategies across platforms (email, social, search, and partner channels) • Manage campaign setup, testing, and reporting in HubSpot and other marketing tools • Ensure marketing messages are aligned with the brand voice and MLC’s mission, while tailored to audience needs Qualifications: • Graphic design experience, including experience with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva • Experience producing print and digital assets aligned with brand standards • Excellent communication and project management skills, including the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • A keen eye for aesthetics and details • Understanding of or willingness to learn HubSpot, Google Suite, Asana, and WordPress-based website templates • Experience managing freelance creatives or contractors is a plus • Ability and willingness to travel at least two times per year for all staff gatherings in person • Collaborative spirit and a willingness to uphold MLC’s values of belonging, collaboration, diversity, equity, and growth.
