Graphic Design and Illustration

Position Summary: The Graphic Designer will support the mission of Homeboy Art Academy by using design as a tool for storytelling, empowerment, and transformation. This position requires a culturally responsive approach in working with formerly gang‑involved and system‑impacted populations, integrating creative expertise with restorative community‑based practices to contribute to arts education, healing through the arts, and the development of transferable skills that connect participants to the creative economy. Collaborate with formerly gang‑involved and system‑impacted populations to support their graphic design needs as part of the Creative Economy track Assist Art Navigators and staff with production, space design, and creative needs Passion for the mission of Homeboy Art Academy: healing, transformation, and empowerment through the arts
