You will collaborate with Aimtals marketing strategists, project managers, and other creatives to understand business needs and incorporate stakeholder feedback into design decisions. ph3Core Responsibilities/h3h3Design Creative Execution/h3ulliOversee design projects for specific clients from conception to delivery./liliDevelop visual strategies and design assets for animated video content, including storyboards and materials for motion designers, ensuring alignment with campaign goals./liliDesign original visual content, including layouts, infographics, brand guides, illustrations, and marketing imagery./liliCreate and manage digital and print designs for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and advertising./liliDesign and maintain websites and landing pages on platforms such as HubSpot, Webflow, Wix, or WordPress, improving user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)./liliBuild and maintain brand identity and integrity for clients./liliProduce graphic and design assets for a variety of formats, including videos, social media posts, long-form content, and landing pages./liliMaintain high-quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations./liliUnderstand the larger picture of marketing campaigns and how design integrates into their components./li/ulh3Collaboration, Communication, and Operations/h3ulliCollaborate with Account Management, Growth Marketing, and internal teams to deliver high-quality design assets./liliMeet with account teams and clients to understand design goals, branding, and visual identity./liliPartner with developers to communicate design specifications and requirements for website projects./liliPlay a key role in design reviews and feedback sessions with clients and internal teams./liliConsult and advise clients and colleagues on design recommendations during meetings and presentations./liliAudit websites to propose improvements based on best practices in design and development./liliCreate processes and systems for design operations to ensure seamless collaboration across departments./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli7+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or at an ad agency, working as an art director./liliA strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling across multiple platforms./liliBackground in branding design, with interest in visual storytelling and data visualization./liliHigh proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with eagerness to learn new technologies./liliBasic to intermediate knowledge of UI/UX design principles./liliBasic knowledge of HTML and CSS./liliBasic motion graphics skills./liliAbility to clearly and effectively communicate ideas with marketers, executives, product managers, designers, and developers./liliSkilled in leading discussions, presentations, and design-thinking exercises./liliExperience mentoring and guiding less experienced designers./liliAbility to collaborate across multiple time zones and in a fully virtual workplace./liliStrong organizational abilities with proven self-management in remote environments./liliAble to prioritize, manage multiple projects, problem-solve, and adapt when necessary./liliEffective in both written and verbal communication for online channels and meetings./li/ulh3Demonstrates the Following Qualities and Skills:/h3ulliLeadership and the ability to inspire others./liliA collaborative spirit and focus on community./liliOpenness to feedback and willingness to apply it to improve performance and processes./liliCommitment to professional and personal growth, with a love for learning new skills./li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliFull-time, salaried role with competitive pay/liliHealth, dental, and vision insurance/lili18 days of paid time off and 8 paid holidays/liliSkill and career growth training/liliRemote work stipend for tech and/or co-working memberships/liliAnnual in-person company retreat (past locations include San Diego, California, and Mexico)/liliAimtal is a fully remote agency based in the United States, but our team is located around the world, including North America, South America, and Europe.
