We: • Are brand experts and will ensure that the brand is represented correctly in everything we do and across all communication channels • Value self awareness, intellectual honesty, judgement, empathy and a positive and steady temperament • Work hard because we love what we're doing but also believe in balance • Care deeply about high-quality design and creating a high-performing internal creative business and see the two as completely intertwined You: • Have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from an accredited college • Have 3-5 years of graphic design experience in an advertising agency, marketing/PR firm or in house agency • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to break new ground with big ideas • Are passionate about human centered problem solving and tirelessly seek to Client what users really need • Are a champion of building brand equity through adherence to brand guidelines while meeting business objectives • Can clearly and convincingly articulate your creative decisions and point-of-view • Are expert in the Adobe Creative Suite, with an understanding of graphic/web design principles and current web technologies (HTML, CSS) and social media platforms.
